Your role working as a Claims and Collections Support Executive will be working for a Credit Insurance Company. Your New Role

Your new role working as a Claims and Collections Support Executive means you will be responsible for uploading, sorting and distributing any C&C documents received by post to relevant teams, logging and forwarding internal invoices for payment, and completing and sending out insolvency forms to external parties and auctioning all insolvency post. You will produce letters on a daily basis to be posted to clients and debtors, supporting the Claims manager to update local claims system and close old files and ensuring that all C&C complaint tickets are answered within SLA by chasing relevant team members and reporting stats to C&C Head. You will also provide assistance to the Customer Service team, support Claims team to complete Ring rounds, and support Claims team to chase confirmation of debts from external parties and bank details from clients to speed up claim payment. Other duties will include completing existing reports and develop new ones when required, scanning and archiving old papers files into electronic copies in an organised format and supporting Head of Department for any reports and mini projects to improve reporting/procedures

What you'll need to succeed

Your new role working as a Claims and Collections Support Executive with previous experience in administration or customer service will contribute in your success of securing this role. You will be organised with the ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise effectively, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and have good attention to detail and the ability to think laterally when needed. You will have basic MS Office & Above average MS excel skills, good working knowledge of the Company's products and services and drive to meet set targets and KPIs.
