A range of long term & permanent posts available including Science. Confidential career discussions available.
I am currently working exclusively on behalf of a range of secondary schools across Sandwell and Birmingham to support them with long term and permanent teaching posts. I have nine years' experience working within Education, predominantly across Sandwell and Central Birmingham.
There are several opportunities available to discuss and a continuous shortage in the teaching market means schools are now more flexible regarding working hours. You can be offered full days and/or mornings or afternoons depending on your requirements. As I am recruiting for these roles on a long-term basis, I endeavour to negotiate a pay rate as close to your teaching scale as possible. I have direct relationships with the Headteachers in the area, meaning that they will work alongside me in the permanent recruitment stages of their academic year. I've already placed teachers into new posts for September 2019.
I am currently looking for a full time Science teacher, this has the potential to become permanent later in the academic year if this is an option you wish to pursue. The post is due to start from Easter 2019 for at least one term. Your responsibilities will include planning and ensuring the pupils are engaged and can fulfil their learning objectives. I am always keen to ensure the school is right for you, therefore after our initial registration I can arrange for an informal tour and a meet and greet with the SLT team. You know if a school is right for you as soon as you arrive in the building. Comments on my service to recent candidates are below:
"Laura is very approachable and easy to talk to. I feel that my needs will be met"
"Great! Laura always responds quickly to any questions I have and has been honest and reliable. She has been fully supportive with finding me work and I would not hesitate to contact her if I had a problem"
"I have always admired how well organised Laura is. I would also like to say that she takes on board your personal circumstances and works around them. She is an asset to Hays"
To be successful in your application for any of these roles you will need to have secondary teaching experience of at least three months, recent experience teaching within a secondary school or similar setting and be willing to travel to the central or north Birmingham areas. If you're interested in registering for these teaching roles please forward an up-to-date copy of your CV or call me now for a confidential discussion on your career.
