Morgan McKinley is working in partnership with a leading Reward practice.

Due to demand for their services, the team is currently seeking a talented Share Schemes and Reward Senior Manager to be based in Birmingham.

This dynamic fast paced practice continues to see year on year growth and is looking for driven individuals to come in and be a part of this success. The role offers the opportunity to the work closely with both the Associate Partner in Birmingham who leads the team and the broader senior leadership team to grow the reward team and progress in the team to more senior leadership roles.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and market leading Reward team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Associate Partner in growing the client base in the Midlands.
  • Focus on agreed market sectors/opportunities to maximise revenue.
  • Run and manage client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Track record of developing team members and supporting their personal development and career progression.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience of delivering Reward advice to clients.
  • Good knowledge of tax law, the legal issues relating to the reward and a good understanding to the principles of remuneration design.
  • Ideally you will be tax or legal trained and you must have a full understanding of the different type of share plans and share incentive offerings, and the employment related securities legislation.
  • The ability to develop and support people in their career development.
