We are looking for a Web and Digital Assistant, with a passion for technology, to join our My Family Care team on a full time, permanent basis. Within this role you will support our various digital projects – working closing with our programming, design, operations and marketing teams.

About You

  • Previous experience within a web/ digital environment
  • Experience with defining, analysis and documenting requirements
  • JIRA/ Confluence (or similar) experience
  • Excellent MS Office Suite knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of CMS / CRM systems
  • “Can do” attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passion for web technology, software development, user experience, and digital marketing.

This role will be office based at our Fulham, London office. Travel to other offices may be required on occasion.

Because of the nature of this job, it will be necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken.
