This is a unique opportunity to work with and support a senior member of the Anglican Church, whilst dealing with a wide range of people including the Synod, Trustees, Bishops and Senior Management as well as the wider community.

Your role will encompass some highly confidential topics, putting together complex agendas, attending meetings, taking minutes, distributing notes and following up actions. The meetings will include very senior individuals, so the ability to deal at an executive level in this environment is essential. Another important part of your responsibilities will be to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders throughout the organisation.

If you like assimilating facts from a number of sources and putting them into a brief and easily assimilated format for people to read and digest, are an excellent organiser, can take responsibility for your own work and proactively manage processes which result from the meetings, then this will be the perfect role for you.

Experience within governance, structured environments and knowledge of Ecclesiastical legislation is essential.
