Logitech is expanding its B2B and Enterprise functions, aligned to core-category developments and increased end-user opportunities within Video Collaboration. The weight of the Enterprise contribution continues to grow with 40% of UK revenue anticipated from the channel within the next 3 years. The combination of innovation in our core proposition – tailored to the Enterprise channel, cloud-based services and ‘huddle-room’ VC deployment places Logitech in a unique position with our Distribution & Channel Partners and End-Users.

We are looking for a bright and energetic person with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced sales environment at either vendor level or in distribution ideally within the IT/cloud peripherals sector. Team fit is a must therefore we are looking for someone who is personable, humble, likeable and passionate about team success and their own development.

We are looking to recruit a special individual who will be responsible for supporting the B2B team within the Exertis organisation focused on our partnership with Logitech. The role will be a combination of internal/external based out of out Burnley Bridge NDC. The successful candidate will need to work closely with the Logitech sales team as well as the Exertis sales and marketing teams across the various UK sites.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build strong relationships with the Logitech UK B2B sales team across both channel and end-user.

* Attend a weekly pipeline call with the distribution lead to review opportunity status and agree priority of workload and next steps.

* Identify and drive volume of fast-moving SKUs via the monthly promotions ensuring that the sales floor is fully briefed and engaged.

* Work closely with the Logitech Distribution lead to agree and deliver objectives and KPIs in line with Logitech’s strategy and growth ambitions.

* Successfully introduce new products to the appropriate sales teams within Exertis’ locations.

* Implement Spiff days/floor walks where appropriate and ad-hoc training requirements.

* Execute and achieve targets in an intence, fast-paced, rapidly changing and quarterly-driven environment.

* Business development by identifying cross and up-selling opportunity within key channels and customer portfolios.

* Develop in partnership with Logitech innovative bundle and attach promotions to drive incremental sales across key categories with a focus/bias towards the VC category which is growing at 35%.

* Work with both Logitech and Exertis Bus to develop quarterly plans to drive incremental sales and engagement.

* Work out of the Logitech (Windsor) office a minimum of twice a month.

* Offer a first class service to all internal customers in all territories across the business.

* Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct.

Person Specification

* 3+ years sales experience in IT or CE environment with a recognised A-brand company, Distributor or Reseller

* An understanding of the B2B market and accounts, either with DMRs or VARs – VC knowledge experience preferable

* Balance of sales skills including channel management, account planning, B2B marketing and strategic planning

* Strong ability to drive success within partners alongside good project management skills, detail-oriented and highly organised

* Hard working, hands on and positive personality – highly self-motivated

* Solid presentation and negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with key partners

* Clever, likeable, creative and eager to develop

* Engaging and confident but humble with a sense of humour
