You will be working for this successful Bristol based business who are looking for a Finance Administrator.

  • Receiving, reconciling and posting the daily financial transactions for this retail based business onto the system
  • Following up queries with the individual sites for the business
  • Keeping on top of all BACS payments received and following up unresolved BACS payments.
  • Reconciling the month-end position
  • Reconciling credit card statements and petty cash spend and posting onto the system
  • Reconciling the Till float and Petty Cash balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis and resolving any issues

To be considered for this role you will need proven experience of working in transactional finance before or have studied a relevant degree. You will also need a high degree of accuracy with how you work, be a strong communicator and be able to work to deadlines.
