We want you because you are an experienced credit controller who is looking for a new challenge in a local, corporate environment and who has had exposure to both B2B and B2C credit control including reducing DSO and ledger balances.

Main Purpose of Role
Reporting into the Credit Control Manager, you will be chasing outstanding debt, dealing with debtor queries, escalate bad debt and assisting with cash allocation.
This is a busy role working in high volume fast paced environment so you will need previous experience within a Credit Controller position.
Along with the above, you will need strong communication skills both verbal and written and you'll need to be comfortable attending and contributing to meetings across the Wilmington Healthcare Group (some travel may be required for these).

- Experience in B2B and B2C credit control including reducing DSO and ledger balances
- Minimum GCSE English and Maths grade B
- Intermediate Excel and Word including vlookups
- Strong communication skills
- Able to accept and encourage evolving processes
- Time management and organisational skills
- Must enjoy working as part of a lively and hard working team
- Experience of using Sun and Salesforce would be an advantage
