Trade Marketing Manager
My client is a well known high street brand currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join their marketing team. If you are passionate about consumer brands and have a retail / e-commerce / product focused background, then this could be the perfect role for you!
What will the role entail?
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be driving marketing relationships with supplier brands to achieve joint business goals. Working closely with the buying and merchandising teams to understand the buying strategy and represent the Marketing team with the voice of the customer, you will develop the overarching Marketing Strategy and Plans for two brands. You will also have budgetary control and reporting, negotiating and reporting on marketing investment and reporting marketing activity to each supplier brand.
You will be building seasonal and annual joint marketing plans with each supplier brand including;
- Instore activation relating to a brand and/or product (throughout whole customer journey)
- Online presence
- Social Media exposure
- Database opportunities
- Instore events
- Product launches
- Ambassador/Influencer activation
My client is looking for someone with…a background in retail marketing (ideally trade marketing), and strong marketing strategy and planning skills, multi-channel marketing experience and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
