Our client is a 15m T/O business and they are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join their successful Marketing team at their Head Office in Daventry.

Remuneration & Package:

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

Benefits: Company Bonus, Private Healthcare, Income Protection, Life Insurance, 21 days holiday + bank holidays & company shutdown

Location: Daventry

Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Executive will be involved in a wide variety of business areas across a busy, hands on marketing support function

Key Deliverables:

* Co-ordination of technical/sales documentation for events and in support of the company’s sales activities

* Support the Marketing team with the planning, implementation and development of departmental projects – websites, PR/Advertising, email & digital marketing and supplier engagement

* Support and assist the effective promotion of product launches, working in conjunction with the Head of Marketing

* Manage the extensive technical library of supporting documentation for both internal and external products

* Directly oversee the co-ordination of all events including the scoping, execution and analysis

* Plan and create case studies to ensure they are promoted appropriately and effectively

* Continuously undertake industry competitor analysis

Individual Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years proven experience in marketing within a B2B manufacturer or technical product/service industry

* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to all tasks and ability to manage multiple, multi-variant projects simultaneously.

* Preferably hold a degree within a relevant subject i.e. marketing, event management, advertising

* Proficient in using all MS office applications and strong computer literacy in general

* Ability to initiate, plan and organise own programmes of work, including working to deadlines

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
