Hays Accountancy & Finance are exclusively recruiting for an exciting permanent Finance Administrator to join an exciting property company in Cheltenham. You will need to be experienced in processing invoices and ideally hold or working towards a financial qualification, although this not essential. Additional day to day responsibilities will involve Imputing data onto internal and client systems and uploading invoices and flagging discrepancies.You will be tasked with carrying out the following duties:
- Liaise with internal payment team and clients to appraise of changes to payments as required pro-actively manage such changes
- Assist with client Budgeting and reporting requirements as necessary
- Keep databases up to date
- Accurate payments being made, on time without errors
- Client service satisfaction.
To be successful in this position you must have an excellent knowledge of Pivot tables and V-Lookups, have the ability to work to high volume of invoices and payment as well as take a proactive approach to process improvement.
