Due to continued growth, we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Head Office in Spalding.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As the IT Project Manager, you will plan, oversee and deliver key technology-enabled business projects for Fowler Welch.

Reporting to the IT Director, you will:

- Work with stakeholders to confirm project objectives, scope and budgets
- Develop project activity plans and associated documents and reports
- Provide timescales and ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular reviews to provide updates for stakeholders
- Manage the technical aspects of projects through working closely with the rest of the IT Team and our trusted 3rd party suppliers
- Highlight potential risks and opportunities created by each project
- Ensure projects are well communicated, regularly reviewed, and ultimately a success!

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

To join us as our IT Project Manager, you will need:

- Experience of planning and leading projects with an IT and business component in a 24/7 organisation, such as FMCG or retail supply chain, logistics, transport or warehousing
- A track record of managing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of process mapping and/or project documentation design
- A good understanding of how ERP, WMS and EDI systems work in supply chains
- Educated to at least GCSE and A-Level standard (or equivalent). Degree level candidates would be desirable but not essential
- A full, valid driving licence
