As the Purchase Ledger Assistant you will hold full responsibility for a large section of the Purchase Ledger. You will be required to process high volumes of purchase invoices (manual and electronic), reconciling supplier accounts, dealing with queried supplier accounts, processing for payment as well as producing ad hoc payments, checking of pricing and gaining authorisation for payment.

To apply for this position you must be able to demonstrate experience in dealing with high volume and complex supplier accounts, a solid background in purchase ledger, ideally from a larger company and be used to working in a role where you are fully responsible for your own working day
