Temp - Perm opportunity available for an experienced Accounts Assistant based in Ilkeston.

Working in a small team, you will be responsible for:
- Accurate distribution of sales ledger invoices
- Statement reconciliation
- Resolving any invoice queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Raising credit notes.
- Posting/allocating payments to Sales and Purchase Ledger.
- Processing and distribution of customer orders.
- Contacting clients by phone, email and post.
- Printing of product labels.
- Chasing missing and late deliveries.
- Accurate processing of supplier invoices chasing credit notes when required.

Offering £10 per hour, this is a full time position working 9am - 5pm and is being offered on a temp to perm basis for the right candidate. You will have proven experience as an Accounts Assistant and be happy to contribute to the overall goals of a small team. You will have excellent IT skills and experience on Sage 50 would be an advantage.
