Client is a specialist supplier of display and merchandising to global brands, providing a more efficient supply model for POP that emphasises global consolidation and a highly efficient supply chain from manufacturing in China. In 2009 the company embarked on a program of expansion that has resulted in rapid growth with offices in London, Chicago, Suzhou and Taicang and with customers all over the world. Most production is shipped to Europe and North America, but we also ship to customers across ANZ, Asia, Africa and The Middle East. The company is divided into specialist business units. The SBD Business Unit is based in Radlett, UK with an additional office in the USA and has a team of 14 who provide commercial services development & supply to Global Brand. The suitable candidate will report to the Account Director and the Account Manager.

Position Objectives

o To assume responsibility alongside the Account Management team for the management and safe delivery of POP supply programs to customers across Europe and the rest of the world, playing a key role in an established
business unit.
o To deliver an essential and accurate sales support function to client contacts globally, working to tight deadlines, to efficiently direct and support the team to deliver a world-class POP supply service to customers.
o To contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and the quality of our products and bring additional skills, ideas and enthusiasm to our team.
o To be a credible sales representative of the company in meetings with colleagues, suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities of the Role

o Working to support the sales function alongside the supply and development managers within the SBD Business Unit, the Account Executive will contribute to the performance of the team while collaborating and communicating effectively with colleagues in other functions and business unit teams across the whole Group.

Skills, Aptitudes & Experience Required

o We require administration and organizational skills with a real appreciation of the importance of accuracy and attention to detail in business.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as are competence with modern business IT and the ability to work well with dynamic, experienced and culturally diverse team of colleagues.
o The successful candidate will be commercially focused to assist us in delivering projects within determined budgets and deadlines.

o Business on both sides of the Atlantic is exciting but requires a flexible approach to work and communication to ensure that we deliver first class client service across different time zones and continents.

o Must be proficient working with spreadsheets.
