We are looking for exceptional talent to join our rapidly growing team. We are currently looking for experienced Sales Manager that we can put through our Management Training Programme. We are looking for individuals that show exceptional leadership skills that and a proven track record which we can train with regards to our products, services and company philosophy. This is part of our ongoing growth strategy as we are opening new branches in 2019.

The Company
Established in 2006, Everyday Loans has become a subsidiary of Non-Standard Finance plc when it was acquired by them early in 2016. Everyday Loans offers unsecured personal loans to UK customers through its network of 67 branches across the UK and have several new Branches opening in 2019. We meet customers face-to-face to help people with their financial requirements, offering unsecured loans to homeowners and tenants and are passionate about delivering high levels of customer service and engaging our employees.

The Role
You will efficiently manage resources in the Branch to provide optimum productivity, profitability and growth, with personal development for all employees. To achieve the Business Plan, i.e., sales, profit, delinquency and expense control whilst ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Company, the FCA and other regulatory organisations.
Role Responsibilities:

- Achievement of the Managers Business Plan.
- To understand, commit and participate fully in the activities of all quality improvement processes.
- To understand, commit and participate fully in managing service beyond customers’ expectations and to company standards.
- To support and adhere to the Core Values of Everyday Loans including Outstanding Customer Service and Treating Customers Fairly Policy and to execute these behaviours to their full extent and intent.
- Responsible for the development, quality and maintenance of all loan, sales contracts, insurance and ancillary programs where applicable.
- Responsible for all manner of collections and personally handles the difficult assignments such as bankruptcies, litigation, foreclosures, etc.
- Responsible for the hiring, training, development, salaries and advancement of employees.
- Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of all record-keeping functions and reports.
- Responsible for the physical appearance of the office, the appearance and conduct of employees and the image of the company in the community.
- To effectively and efficiently complete all duties and responsibilities as assigned, to company standards.

Successful Managers-In-Training will be put through a thorough induction programme to ensure that you fully understand the business and the demands of running a Branch.
