Showroom Manager - Wood Flooring

Broadleaf is a leading manufacturer and retailer of beautiful wood floors, doors and accessories, selling to retail and commercial clients through our inspiring showrooms. We are a friendly, professional team who over the last 17 years have built an enviable reputation for quality, choice and service.
We currently looking for a Showroom Manager for our busy Bath showroom.
Primarily customer facing, this role has its focus firmly on sales and the delivery of excellent customer service from first enquiry through to aftersales queries.
Key responsibilities include guiding and managing customers through the buying process, generating sales leads through the establishment and development of relationships with local professional clients and managing the showroom so that it provides the best possible customer experience.
Day to day duties will include dealing with live enquiries, providing appropriate product and technical information to clients, preparing quotations, invoices, and other internal paperwork, taking payment, organising delivery and co-ordinating fitting through our recommended fitters. At a more strategic level you will be identifying and developing local trade business and working with our head office team on local marketing initiatives and showroom promotion.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Have excellent sales skills
- Be a good communicator, in writing and on the phone, as well as face to face
- Be confidently numerate, computer literate and have good keyboard skills
- Have good organisational and administrative skills

Specific industry experience is not required we will teach you all about our products and processes, but we are ideally looking for someone with experience of working in a similar sales environment who can deal confidently with retail and professional clients alike. Experience in stone, tile, kitchen or bathroom sales would be an considered an advantage.
Normal Working Hours
40 hours per week. Tues - Saturday 9am - 5.30pm. We are closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.
