Audiologist - Technical Support
3R Consulting are recruiting an Audiologist to work within Technical Support, responsible for delivering service excellence through great customer care, providing technical assistance, trouble shooting, training & coaching and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This is a 14 month contract with excellent potential opportunities
You will manage customer calls and correspondence effectively responding to technical enquiries in a timely manner with professional and clear answers to customer requests, complaints or suggestions - meeting and exceeding expectations.
You will communicate complex business processes, products, features, functions, technical specifications, programming & design elements to explain situations and improve the understanding of others.
You will act as a liaison, providing product/service information, diagnosing causes of problems/faults and solving technical problems for customers and colleagues.
You will be an Audiologist with a hearing aid background and proven customer service skills or a very experienced Hearing Aid Dispenser. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills, goal setting ability and technical, process, systems and product expertise. IT literate with SAP, Salesforce, office and Internet
