A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Team Lead (Service Desk Team) to join a University based in Central London. This is a 3 months contract to start ASAP at £110-120/Day Inside IR35
Your new role As Team Leader for the service desk team you will:
- Ensure all new tickets has been received and solved by the team
- Ensure the correct process had been followed by the team
- Responsible for providing documentation
- Responsible for supervising the team KPIs
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience previously as a team lead ideally in a public-sector organisation or higher education institution though this is not essential. Must have excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
