S Knights Recruitment is currently searching for a Management, Business Admin and Customer services Trainer / Assessor. The client has been established for a considerably long time and is very financially secure. The client is looking for experienced Trainer / Assessors, that are able to deliver in Management up to Level 5 and Business Admin and Customer services at Level 3.

Role and Responsibilities:
The Management Trainer / Assessor you will be delivering Management up to Level 5, Business Admin in Level 3 and Customer services in Level 3
As the Management Trainer / Assessor you will meeting with learners on a monthly basis, offering them learning and pastoral focused support.
Typically the Management Trainer / Assessor will meet with the learners in their place of work, so having a good working relationship with the employer will be crucial
The Trainer / Assessor will complete the required paperwork to evidence the learners progression routinely throughout the learners qualification as well as ensuring it is done accurately and uploaded correctly
The Trainer / Assessor will meet with Middle and very senior management for monthly meetings to discuss various items from learner retention, quality, completions and standardisation requirements

Experience and Skills:
The Management Trainer / Assessor will hold a minimum of a Level 5 Management qualification
Ideally you will be a car driver with your own car
Based in or commutable to South Wales particularly Newport and Cardiff
