Events, Marketing and Admin Support

Initially Part-time 24 hours per week, opportunity to increase hours (to be reviewed and agreed by both parties). Offering a flexible work-life balance, this role could suit a parent looking to return to work.

Our client is currently seeking an Events, Marketing and Administration Support role to join the team on a part-time basis. In this role you will be an important part of a small successful team who are focused on delivering world class business service to firms in Maidenhead, Ascot and Windsor areas.

A genuine interest in business and an enthusiasm for learning are required for this role. This is a responsible position requiring a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Arranging and organising seminars, training and other events
  • Marketing administration, management and coordination
  • Your main goal will be to generate quality appointments through events and marketing
  • Maintaining and creating reports
  • Purchasing, arranging payments, liaising with book keeper
  • Day to day office activity
  • Representing the company in front of prospective clients either in person or on the telephone

Key Skills & Experience:

  • You are able and willing to organise and manage a virtual office, including filing systems
  • Strong knowledge and confidence with computer systems (in particular Microsoft Dynamics, Excel and email)
  • You will enjoy the chance to work independently and sometimes alone without supervision
  • You will have the ability, confidence and attitude to get things done quickly and well, using your own initiative

  • Your remuneration package will partially depend upon your experience and skills and will range between £18,500 and £22,800 (to be calculated pro rata based on part-time working)
  • Pattern of working hours to be agreed, please note a 6:45 am start on Fridays
  • There may occasional work in the evening or early mornings when we run seminars or infrequent networking holiday cover (although plenty of notice will be given prior to these occasions)
  • You will receive continuous education including books and materials to improve your skills and your knowledge
  • You will be invited to various prestigious awards ceremonies, seminars and social events throughout the year.
