Interaction Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a Global FMCG Company based in Bracknell who are looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst. This is an analytical role to provide added value through analysis, and business partnering with the sales and category teams.

Youll be carrying out analysis to improve margins and price analysis, and supporting Sales Teams in large tender processes -reviewing of cost control of customer activity, including rebates and campaign discounts etc.

The successful applicant will be part-qualified, or have proven relevant commercial experience who is self-motivated and passionate with a desire to succeed.

Please note this role requires occasional travel to other offices within the business.

The Role:

· Liaise with the Commercial Manager and the Sales Teams to review customer rebates & campaign discounts

· Review margin development with Sales Managers as appropriate. Analysis of data to provide key information to identify areas of improvement.

· Regularly monitor & analyse sales activity to maximise sales and margin growth. Analyse market trends to identify and improve margin opportunities

· Report on monthly sales performance monitoring against Key Performance Indicators

· Generating all sales reports

· Financially evaluate activities and campaign drives

· Ensure data accuracy and delivery of all customer rebates, campaign discounts & fines to the Commercial Manager

· Assist in the delivery of timely and accurate reporting

· Develop reporting and analysis tools to provide greater insight for the Sales Teams

· Work closely with the marketing team to evaluate & understand marketing activity

About you:

· Part Qualified ACA, ACAA or CIMA or relevant Commercial Finance experience

· The ability to build excellent working relationships with both internal & external stakeholders

· Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to identify opportunities through analysis, to identify issues and develop action plans for improvement

· Strong IT skills - MS packages including MS PowerPoint & MS Excel (advanced level)

· Youll have a high level of experience on sales budgeting, forecasting and P&L reporting

· Commercially minded with strong commercial understanding and business acumen
