We’re looking for someone like that who can help us: assist in the origination and execution of mandates to raise capital and provide strategic advice to EMEA Real Estate private equity / debt / real asset funds and institutional investors support in building relationships with prospective sponsor clients and undertake due diligence as part of the on-boarding process provide strategic fundraising advice and co-ordinate project management for specific fundraising mandates Provide and structure creative liquidity solutions to restructure/recapitalize funds and assist institutional investors seeking to liquidate or monetise their holdings take responsibility for maintaining market intelligence and assist with mapping exercises in target sectors / geographies Your team You’ll be working in our Private Funds Group (Real Estate) in London, which executes a wide range of transactions for private equity investors and managers. The team has significant experience successfully advising on a broad range of customized structures across all asset types. The Private Funds Group leverages the broader UBS franchise to offer financing solutions, industry and corporate research, financial sponsors, family office and sovereign wealth fund coverage and other investment banking services. Your expertise You have: a university degree in finance or accounting experience in a similar position or related financial services position or in investment management a solid understanding of the private equity market solid experience in the Real Estate Investment Banking and/or Private Funds sectors familiarity performing financial and valuation analyses and utilizing financial services industry databases and tools You are: a great communicator, whether presenting to clients or senior executives able to develop creative solutions to meet client needs and identify cross-product opportunities Fluent in English and French How to apply Send responses to: ;partnerid=25008&siteid=5012&Areq=188326BR&codes=MG#jobDetails=190676_5012 About us Expert advice.
