Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for all customer queries related to their property.
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
- Communicate openly and courteously with customers by telephone, email and letter.
- Resolve day to day customer queries.
- Pass complex or reoccurring problems to senior team.
- Handle problems/complaints effectively, in a timely manner in accordance with the business complaint procedure.
- Respond to customer telephone/post/email enquiries.
- Improve, maintain and develop relevant filing systems.
- Assist with ad hoc administration duties.

Skills:
- Mandarin speaker (Essential)
- Good spoken English (Essential)
- Excellent customer services skills
- Highly organised
- Excellent spoken & written communication skills
- Must be numerate, with high attention to detail
- The ability to be calm under pressure
- Accuracy with record keeping
- Excellent computer skills
- Well presented
- Experience of dealing with customer queries and complaints
- General Education
- Facilities Qualifications (Desirable)
