An international, award winning law firm that specialise across a number of sectors.
Your new role
You will manage, lead, influence and drive the quality of the IT service and delivery across the firm on a global level.
You will work closely with the Head of IT to develop delivery strategies in order for the firm to develop and reach business objectives.
You will control the Major Incident Management process, working closely with the IT Infrastructure and IT Security teams and operating when necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
ITIL background and intermediate/expert qualification
Ideally a Service Desk Manager qualification
Experience of SLA's, driving change and improvements
High standards of customer service and relevant skills
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
The ability to perform under pressure; managing issues in a fast paced, technical environment
Be willing to work outside normal working hours, when required and to travel to other offices
