***Long Term, Full-Time role as a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
***£60-£70 per day depending on SEN experience
***Supporting Year 4 pupil with ASD- 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
***Candidate should have a degree and previous SEN experience
This post requires an ambitious graduate who has experience working in a school and a nurturing approach to helping students. The school are hoping for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant who is able to overcome challenging situations by using their empathy and experience to be supportive and provide positive outcomes for the pupil. You will be a caring individual who can build relationships quickly, display effective communication skills and have a genuine desire to work within SEN, supporting children with additional needs.
About the Role
• 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant- supporting the development of a specific Year 4 girl with ASD
• Supporting the student on a 1:1 basis both inside and outside of the classroom
• Raising attainment in literacy and numeracy
• Providing a calm and stable learning environment
