Pension Team Leader
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Pension Team Leader to join a well known UK based firm in their In-house Pension team. Working closely with the Head of Pensions you will be responsible for leading the service delivery of a professional and efficient administration team in relation to the Company's defined benefit pension arrangements.
Main duties will include:
- Ensure administration work is delivered to SLA in a timely manner and monitoring of SLA's between pensions and providers to ensure compliance
- Own and lead continual process improvement - maintaining customer focus and alignment to business/ legislation changes.
- Own and maintain process maps for all administration process
The right candidate will have excellent Defined Benefits Pension knowledge and ideally experience of overseeing and Admin Team.
