Are you looking for a role where you can stamp your image and ideas on to a state of the art manufacturing facility and progress into a senior management position in the near future?

Do you want to work for a global engineering company, that is undergoing continued expansion and investment, where you will receive specialist training in a varied and technically interesting role?

This company are a designer and manufacturer of products that are supplied into a range of locations around the world. They have been enjoying continued growth off the back of new product development and increased demand for their products, and now to this they require a production manager to take a lead role for one of their departments.

In this days role you will be working from 7am -3.30pm running a team of production operatives. You will be reporting into the operations manager and have full autonomy to run your department. This will involve all KPI’s, LEAN and continuous improvements, quality and health and safety issues. This role will then develop into a senior management role within the business.

The ideal candidate will be a production manager, with experience of running teams over a shift and ideally have a Six sigma qualification, although this is not essential and be looking to bring fresh ideas into a manufacturing company and progress upwards.
