The Who…

We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate and sales driven individual who has a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets. To be successful, you should have experience in people management and confidence in leading a team from the front. It is also key in this role to have strong relationship building skills with stakeholders and a proven ability to maximise revenue and growth. Your focus will be on delivering the core KPIs and increasing performance across your territory. The working environment will be very busy and fast paced so you’ll need to be dynamic, and flexible whilst being results orientated.

The How…

You will be responsible for the day to day delivery of your division’s performance, tackling any barriers which impact you driving the number. Building strong relationships with our retail partners, you will ensure that the customer experience in store is best in class. You will use data and reports to always be on top of the number, identify opportunities and to provide insight back to the business on the great work you and your team are doing. You will manage your time effectively in order to travel to all of your sites, ensuring maximum ROI for the business and the client. You will play a pivotal part in promotional activity and key product launches. Working closely with your team, you will provide clear leadership and ensure performance, knowledge and engagement always remains high.
