IT Asset administrator required by market leading financial services organisation to provide administrative support and deliver the full end to end lifecycle of computing and printing assets to the user community in all locations, supplied by internal resources and third-party suppliers.

Key Responsibilities of the Job:
*Be the contact point for all aspects of asset management and effectively communicating with dissatisfied customers
*Administer the delivery of users computing and printing assets to include, hardware lifecycle within the campus to provide high quality and speed of service
*Administer the delivery of users computing and printing assets to include, hardware lifecycle within all locations to provide high quality and speed of service
*Report on stock levels across the estate to ensure just in time delivery to users
*Liaise with third-party suppliers to agreed delivery targets (Storm, Prism, Ricoh)
*Ensure the appropriate cross-charging to cost centers and projects for IT resources where agreed
*Be responsible for IT asset registers across all locations

Essential skills and experience
*Customer communication skills - dealing with dissatisfied customers
*Knowledge of techniques for identifying, gathering and validating customer requirements in the delivery of IT Asset and printing services
*Knowledge of the application of automated systems to the support of specific business systems, functions and processes
*Proficiency in managing email and MS Word communications that are dealt with daily
*Good literacy of the Office 365 Suite
*Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills

*Good working knowledge of standard business practices and procedures
*Knowledge of procedures used within organisation for training and development of staff
*Some experience of managing suppliers to adhere to agreed contract requirements

This fantastic opportunity has a starting salary between £18,000-21000 p/a and benefits such as an 8% bonus, 10% non-contributory pension, private medical insurance and many more.
