We are seeking an experienced Service Administrator / Service Co-Ordinator in the Banbury area. The ideal candidate will come from an Engineering / Industrial Maintenance environment and will have strong SAP skills coupled with experience of Order processing, Invoice processing, Co-Ordinating Service Technicians and a stock of spare parts.

The role of Service Administrator

* To provide exceptional service to customers regarding service activities (repairs/maintenance contracts /spare parts)

* To provide support and assist with all aspects and functions within the service department

* Invoicing of all service works, warranty works, and spare parts

* Project Management of Refurbishment Jobs

* Enquiry and order handling for parts and service

* Co-ordination/planning of Service Technicians

* Liaise with customers and internal departments as appropriate

* Preparation/collation/issue of appropriate documentation including health and safety documentation/RAMS and Terex road map requirements.

* Follow up calls to customers following service work, contract work, repair work, quotations, and spares quotations

* The hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, days)

* Other job titles include Service Co Ordinator, Aftersales Administrator, Aftersales Co-Ordinator, Maintenance Administrator

The ideal candidate for the role of Service Administrator

* Will ideally have experience within an Engineering / Manufacturing / Industrial environment

* Experience within the “Lifting Equipment” or “Access” sector would be a distinct advantage but not essential

* Will ideally have experience of liaising with Service Technicians / Service Engineers / Field Service Engineers

* Will have strong SAP skills

* Will have experience of processing orders, invoices, quotations etc

* Will ideally have experience of managing a stock of Spare Parts for emergency repairs, breakdowns and reactive Maintenance

* Will have Strong organisational and planning skills, Good verbal and written communication and be IT literate including a Working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
