IT SERVICE DESK ANALYST - contract

- 7:30AM until 4PM Monday to Friday (non negotiable)

-1 hour lunch

-Leeds, close to Elland Road

-Personable attitude towards customers and colleagues. Team of 7.

-Training will be provided on the ticketing system and phone system over the first 2 days, training will also be provided around the security incident process.

Essentials

-Must be able to handle high call volumes

-Must understand the importance of raising all incidents taken

-Must have a good understanding of Incident management / ITIL

-Active Directory - users and computers

-Password resets

-Adding in permissions to network shares

-Creation of email accounts either via on premise exchange console or 365 admin console

-Knowledge or understanding of adding permissions to shared mailbox’s

-Basic hardware and software fault diagnostics

Desirables

-Good understanding of citrix and support of applications held within

-Good understanding of mobile devices (Primarily Samsung devices) on android platform
