Are you a senior manufacturing manager or production manager looking for an autonomous role, where you will be supporting the manufacturing director to implement change and drive the business forwards?

This company are a designer and manufacturer of products supplied across the world. They are at the forefront of what they do, and with continued investment and growth of the business with they are now looking to recruit two Manufacturing Managers into the business and take pivotal roles.

In this position, you will be reporting into the manufacturing director and will be working autonomously to hit production targets across multiple manufacturing areas. You will be liaising closely with sales and supply chain functions to make sure that the targets can be achieved. You will also be tasked with implementing and driving LEAN and CI activities in your departments.

The ideal candidate will be a senior production manager or manufacturing manager, with a strong knowledge of LEAN, who is wanting to stamp their own image on a manufacturing business.

The Role:

*Running two production areas with direct and indirect reports

*Liaising closely with sales and production planning departments to forecast requirements

*Implementing LEAN and CI activities across the production areas

*Working to continually develop and improve the production processes and targets

The Person:

*Manufacturing or Production background

*Strong LEAN and CI knowledge

*Ideally dealt with MRP/ERP for production planning

*Ideally have knowledge of HSE requirements

*Ideally you will have worked within an Automated environment
