Internal Account Manager

One of the largest vendors in software and solutions in the industry helping companies across the world engage their customers better by promoting mobile and digital technology. They specialise in communication orchestration by using Cloud, mobile, and digital technology to advance and automate customer engagement.

They have a fantastic opportunity based in their High Wycombe offices as an Internal Account Manager. You will be the first point of call for all account queries and activity and provide support to the Senior Account Manager. The ideal Internal Account manager will be enthusiastic and Proactive, eager to learn and quick to understand new platforms and functionalities.

Responsibilities:

* Be the lead point of contact for existing and new clients

* Support the Senior Account Manager

* Liaise with internal departments

* Escalate account queries where required

* Ensure the completion of documents and service forms

* Maintain and build strong client relationships

Experience:

* Positive, proactive attitude

* Be a Team Player

* Previous experience with account management or client management

* Attention to detail
