As part of this investment, we are adopting a Service Integration and Management (“SIAM”) approach to managing both business and information technology services. The intention is to seamlessly integrate services to provide a single business-facing IT organisation that meets business requirements. This is a move away from managing technologies and infrastructure, to one of managing suppliers and services. By making this change the organisation will become more agile and flexible, able to scale services up and down as required to support business growth and expansion.

The Role

Establish and manage a new Service Integration and Management (SIAM) function within the bank with responsibility to ensure the end-to-end co-ordination of all IT services delivered by both internal and external IT service providers. Responsible for the delivery, management and improvement of IT services to support the business, using a set of well-defined best practices (based on ITIL and ISO). Responsible for leading the development, implementation, sustainment, and continuous improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes; as well as establishing, measuring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to services, processes, operations, and delivery. You will have line management responsibility for the bank’s SIAM function and be accountable for its operational processes and practices

You will be responsible for;

* Successfully integrating all IT service suppliers into the ITOM and produce a strategy for effectively delivering IT services to the business

* Creating, monitoring, and reporting on a comprehensive set of metrics and KPI’s based on the IT service deliverables and SLA’s

* Directing continuous improvements across the service support teams (internal and external) to ensure they meet customer contract/statement of work, Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), and Operating Level Agreements (OLA’s) and compliance requirements

* Partnering and collaborating with all stakeholders to deliver a holistic ITSM program with a coordinated set of continuous improvement initiatives

* Leading the team in delivering highly effective service operations, service introduction, change management and supplier management to the business stakeholders

The Person

We are looking for the right candidate who has previously successfully implemented a SIAM function into a business. You will have a number of related experiences combining service integration, design, transition and operational delivery. We need you to be a strong communicator and have knowledge of developing and managing SLA’s, KPI’s, and critical success factors (CSF’s) for IT Services. You will hold certification in ITIL V3.
