Project Manager required for an exciting opportunity with my client, a rapidly expanding Gaming Technology Company. As an expanding global business my client design and manufacture innovative gaming controllers and PC and consoles.

General Overview of Project Manager:
Responsible for management, co-ordination, implementation, control and completion of largely electro-mechanical projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. Responsible for reporting project progress and budgets, as well as delivering projects on-time and within budget & scope. Based in Cheltenham UK. Must successfully work with overseas teams in USA and Asia. Initial and possible periodic subsequent international travel is required.

Responsibilities of Project Manager:

- Plan and help to implement projects
- Help define project scope, goals, deliverables, timing and budget
- Define specific tasks and required resources
- Ensure resource availability & allocation
- Co-ordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Establish & maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Manage budget
- Create schedule and project timeline
- Track and pro-actively progress chase deliverables
- Support and direct team
- Lead quality assurance
- Monitor and report on project progress, pro-actively identify and address risks
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Evaluate and assess result of project

Education & Experience of Project Manager:

- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge, ideally coupled with a project management qualification (PMP or equivalent)
- Experience as a successful project manager on electro-mechanical projects
- Experience working successfully on projects involving international teams
- Good organizational skills including multi-tasking & attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in project management software tools including but not limited to – MS Project, Zoho Projects, GitHub
