We are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join this hugely successful and growing finance team. You will be involved and have a major role in the production of the monthly management accounts and financial information. To assist with preparation of annual budgets, yearend accounts and audit.

Main duties:

* Assist with the production of the monthly management accounts.

* Obtain the information for the production of journals and perform any necessary calculations.

* Post standard, reversing and recurring journals.

* Produce reports and back up documents which agree to the accounts.

* Investigate areas of under or over spend to assess their accuracy.

* Perform all necessary reconciliations.

* Assist with the balance sheet reconciliations and complete the relevant spreadsheets

* Dealing with external parties

* Assistance with annual budgets.

* Assistance with the year-end procedures.

We are ideally looking for someone who has knowledge of dealing with the preparation of management accounts and some experience with balance sheet reconciliations. A good knowledge of Excel will be advantageous. This role will require someone who has excellent communication and written skills.
