Part-Time Credit Controller - 22.5 hours per week

Fixed Term Contract until End of Feb 2020

Open to part-time arrangements: between 3 - 5 days per week

We are looking for a Credit Controller on a part-time basis to join our Finance Team based in Kegworth on a fixed term contract until February 2020.

Responsibilities:

* Review customer accounts and chase payment of out-standing debt - using telephone, letter or email.

* To investigate customer debit notes, raise credit notes where valid or dispute with the customer if they are invalid.

* Chase the payment of invalid deductions.

* Liaise with the account managers to discuss problem accounts.

* Keep account managers up to date with deducted customer invoices and advise them when they have reached aged debt.

* Collect Direct Debit payments monthly, as required by the Accounts Receivable Manager.

* Any other tasks as deemed necessary from time to time by management.

Experience:

* Some experience working within Finance Administration - preferably within credit control or sales ledger.

* Developed IT skills including Databases, Word, Excel and Outlook.

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

* Good team working skills with a flexible attitude to embrace change.

* Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach
