An exciting role, working with one of the worlds leading and most recognisable Brand names has arisen. The Senior E-tail / Online Manager, will be responsible for evolving the company's Online / eTail approach to be data led, with a detailed focus on shopper behaviours, with a specific focus on performance analytics to optimise sell though.

The Senior Online / E-tail Manager will be responsible for:

1. Tracking category performance related to online retailer presence vs. market / channel and report on opportunities.

2. Transform eRetailer / E-tail / Online shopper experience and sell-out through optimising the digital shelf (Do-Learn-Do)

3. Enhance traffic / conversion opportunities by capturing wastage via cooperation and/or retailer offsite online assets.

4. Develop eRetailer toolkit / guidelines by account and channel type.

5. Demonstrate excellent omni-channel experience and a clear understanding of digital / eRetail initiatives on the market.

As part of their role, the Senior Online / E-tail Manager will also be immediately involved in critical Project work, which will include:

- Implement and run the European Brand View platform rollout and in particular guiding the implementation, improvement, and continued use of the Brand View solution across teams.

- Build Business case, source supplier, negotiate, and run the rollout of a Digital Asset Management system across Europe.

- Using all data available, become an expert in category trends and purchasing habits. Formulate an encyclopedic view of the insights behind why product, ranges, sub categories and categories under/ over-perform in each account / channel
