The RCN has accredited the support that newly qualified nurses receive through our Preceptorship Academy.
It ensures your first year as a qualified nurse is as positive as possible, by providing a comprehensive programme to develop you into a confident autonomous practitioner.
You will enjoy the full support of the Academy while working at Wellesley Hospital. A place where you will be providing care and rehabilitation for men and women with mental health conditions in either a low or medium secure environment. This is a purpose-built service with 75 beds across several wards.
Located in Wellington (Somerset), between Taunton and Exeter, it is easy to get to and has a host of sights to see and places to visit on its doorstep. The cost of living in Somerset is relatively cheap, which you should notice the difference in your pocket if you relocate to the area.
