Temporary Supporter Care Advisor
We are looking to recruit a temporary supporter care advisor, Raisers Edge essential. To start ASAP for a national disability charity
To provide a first-class response to our members, customers and supporters via all channels of communication; dealing politely, efficiently and responsibly with their enquiry or complaint.
Ensuring supporters and members contacting the charity are informed, registered and thanked in a timely manner.
To work with colleagues to ensure that the teams performance and your own meets or exceeds the expected standards.
Experience of working in a busy customer/supporter services team or a team where supporter services was an important part of the teams role
Working with Raisers Edge
Recognised qualifications in Supporter/Customer Care
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Fundraising Regulator Codes of Practice
Excellent communication skills
Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills
