My client, a leading and award-winning Financial Services Society is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor
Every day is different within their Mortgage Distribution team - whether a first-time buyer just starting out or a seasoned home mover; ultimately you are responsible for helping customers own their own home. My client supports customer every step of the way from saving for a deposit, to owning their own home and beyond. If you enjoy making peoples dreams come true, this is the role for you. Whilst many high street lenders are closing their doors to face to face mortgage advice, my client are absolutely committed to their branch network and providing exceptional quality face to face advice across the region.

Branch opening hours are 9:00am-5pm Monday to Friday & 9am-11:45am Saturdays and you will have a 35 hour working week.
Reporting to the Mortgage Advice Manager, you will be well looked after and buddied with one of our existing team. You will be the face of the society and first point of contact for customers wanting mortgage advice. You will be comfortable providing advice on a number of different mortgage types and be able to demonstrate solutions to fully protect our customers’ homes and families.

Skills and Experience
You’ll need to be a great with people through all channels; face to face, telephone and digital. You’ll have experience that demonstrates your attention to detail and accuracy whilst focusing on customers. You’ll have clear and concise written and spoken communications skills and you’ll be someone who can think outside the box. For this opportunity, you’ll have experience in providing mortgage advice whilst meeting all FCA/PRA requirements and be CeMAP qualified or equivalent
