Responsible for conducting investigations on accounts displaying suspicious activity you'll have the analytical skills required to analyse and interrogate the data, using these to help you make effective decisions and recommendations.
Whether delivering difficult messages to customers or using questioning techniques to gather information, your strong communication skills will be key to your success, allowing you to communicate confidently when dealing with other industry banks, government agencies and law enforcement.
