1st line Support Consultant - basic upto 23k, depending on experience

One of my key clients who are an established IT solutions business are on the search for a 1st line Support Consultant due to their continued growth.

They are built on outstanding ethics and have an outstanding name in the industry for delivering the best service.

you will have genuine opportunities to progress to more senior postiions in the future.

The main responsibilities are:

Assist their clients with any tech questions they have either by the phone, web or email.

Deal with a wide range of clients from corporate to small businesses

You will manage your own case load of work, answering issues to their Sla's, and escalate calls to 2nd and 3rd line when needed

Research answers to issues when possible

What’s really important to us:

  • Experience of working in an IT team
  • Self motivated and organised.
  • The ability to keep it straight to the point
  • Experience of dealing with a range of tech products, from PC / server, printer / firewall and Operating System
  • Remain calm under pressure and to make clients feel important.
