Administration Assistant/Facilitator CP Training Academies
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, administrator to join our growing Academy team someone who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up! This is a key role to support the team responsible for the placement of our entry level talent from the Academy into industry.
This position is a pivotal role in the evolution of the ground-breaking Academy programmes and is responsible for all initial contact with candidates.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for all University adverts being posted, updated and refreshed regularly
Assisting the Academy team with coordination of Life Science department contacts and booking Academy team to present to University students about our Academy and careers within life sciences
Assisting marketing and Academy team on identification of University careers fairs and any booking or organization
Initial pre-screening calls of all applicants to cover the key criteria questions before coding appropriately onto the system
Assisting with the organisation of the assessment centres (usually across 2 days) including room set-up, lunch orders, drinks, etc.
Organisation and booking of training facilities as and when required
Organisation of lunches for delegates for the 2 weeks of the course
Collating all diversity related documents for our HR department

General duties
References for Candidates, and telephone calls as and when require
chasing references
CRM system input of data
CRM audits and checks
To work well across multi-disciplinary teams

Key Competencies:
English and Maths GCSE (A-C grades)
Pref A Levels/Degree, but not essential, more important are the competencies within urgency/drive etc. (see below)
Good working knowledge of Excel/Word/PowerPoint essential
