Registered Branch Manager
I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care provider that requires a Registered Branch Manager for their branch in the Ipswich area.
The client is a fantastic nationwide domiciliary care company and is continuously growing. The client is an established franchise set up company with over 80 branches nationwide that offers support to the elderly and disabled in their own homes.
The Branch/The role:
This is a new branch which is looking to hit the ground running and rapidly grow with a strong Registered Branch Manager. They are looking to increase the hours delivered quickly but not at the detriment of the quality of care. The role you will be just responsible for this branch solely meaning you can get stuck in and grow from the beginning. As the Registered Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day duties of the branch including care plans, risk assessments, audits and adhering to all CQC regulations etc. You will also be responsible for maintaining good levels of training & staff development, ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved, overseeing the promotion and marketing of the branches services and ensuring budgetary control amongst other duties. This role is a full-time role.
You will be a strong & experienced Manager within the domiciliary sector. You will have excellent business sense, with the ability to take the branch to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.
