You will help us bring out product vision to fruition, helping us understand the benefits of different languages / frameworks, and guiding us to choose the language that will best suit our functional requirements - whether that is Java, PHP, Python, … list goes on….).
As Tech Lead you will be an essential part of building our first MVP and proving the synchronicity of the tech stack with the functional requirements.
Equally you will be fundamental in building out our small scrum team, helping us build out a dynamic and fast paced development team with you at the forefront, building up and inspiring them to continually improve on process. With you, as Tech Lead, will ensure the team as it grows is fully supported, with relevant development plans.
To succeed as a Tech Lead, you will:
- Be able to rationalise and justify technical decisions
- Have a balanced approach, seeing the good and bad in both the languages you love and the languages you don't
- Ideally, have experience dabbling with more than one backend and frontend language either commercially or through personal development - showing your ability to learn quickly
- Be comfortable to help build out your scrum team
