Insurance Sales Manager
Fantastic opportunity to work for a successful and growing business based close to St Neots.
You will be instrumental in assisting with the set up of a new Commercial Broking side of the business and your role initially will involve working on the planning and launch of this.
Purpose of the role:
- To support the Commercial Director and Managing Director in all aspects of running the sales department and customer contact centre.
- To lead, develop and support the sales teams.
- To drive exceptional sales performance and be a role model for your team being supportive, responsible and discreet whilst always working to company values.
Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of working in both sales and sales leadership in a professional Commercial Broking environment.
Detailed knowledge of Commercial Insurance add ons, renewal practices and administration.
A demonstrable network in the Commercial Insurance Broking market.
Previous experience of working in a start-up business or in the launch phase of a business.
Full time position. 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
