Your new company Based in Kilmarnock, our client is recruiting for a Finance Assistant for a 3 month contract initially. The hours are flexible between 30 - 35 hours per week (across Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm), although from 20 hours plus per week can also be considered. The organisation can be accessed by public transport and there is also on-site parking. Your new role As Finance Assistant, you will report into the finance manager and undertake a range of tasks. Duties will include; purchase ledger, expenses, cash postings, handling queries, bank account monitoring and maintenance and general associated finance administration. The systems used are Sage and Excel. What you'll need to succeed Experience of Sage is preferred but not essential. You will have proven, successful experience as a Finance Assistant/Administrator and be comfortable undertaking purchase ledger and a diverse range of finance administration tasks.
