When a project is finished in the construction world the end user only ever sees the surface of the complexity and has limited knowledge of the 100s of subcontractors that have been used to complete the project. In order to complete the handover, all parties need to collaborate in a shared work-space to get the relevant documentation in the right place and checked by the auditor for the exchange day. Our client provides this service, a collaboration platform that has a repository of content that can be reused to make the process simpler and more efficient. You ideally will have a track record of achieving and overachieving sales targets in a complex sales environment, an extended sales cycle and selling to multiple stakeholders. The sector where you have excelled is less important than the fact you can own the sales target, whilst at the same time set yourself new goals. This role is a perfect match for a sales professional who loves to demo their products alongside being out with clients on a regular basis.

JOB TITLE: Senior Account Manager

LOCATION: London Based

PACKAGE: £30 - £35k basic, £70k OTE

Background in other software/services sales also of interest

2000 Hot leads - a lot of inbound leads

Dealing with mid to senior level management within the Construction & Architectural industry

Run complex sales engagements

New business 80% - 20% Account Management
